We employ evidence-based assessments and individualized interventions, administered exclusively by licensed ABA professionals to ensure that your child's therapy is ethically implemented

The 3 ABA specialists involved in your child’s program include:

1) Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) - runs assessments, customises intervention plans and conducts regular program implementation quality checks

2) Applied Behaviour Analyst Technician (ABAT)/Therapist - works with your child one to one and implements the treatment plans

3) Client Services - works on non-clinical matters such as scheduling and billing

You will regularly meet and consult with our Clinical Director and BCBA's who will closely supervise your child's therapist to ensure quality and precision in the implementation of intervention plans.

What does ABA therapy involve?

1. Assessment

Our dedicated team,utilizes a variety of skill, function and context based assessment tools to understand individual behavior deficits and strengths with utmost care and empathy.

2. Intervention Plan

The BCBA creates a personalized intervention plan based on the assessment results, parental needs, and client preferences. This plan includes detailed procedures, a data collection system, and mastery criteria to ensure effective implementation.

3. Treatment

Skilled Registered Behaviour Technitiants (RBTs) administer the treatment while the Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) provides regular follow-ups to ensure effectiveness. The intervention plan is adjusted iteratively based on RBT-collected data, optimizing outcomes for clients.

4. Review

After achieving the intervention goal, a thorough review assesses the client's needs. Based on the outcome, they may continue, transition to another program, or conclude their services with us.
